Job Description:

Aerotek Professional Services  is seeking a qualified Sales Center Recruiter for a developing company in the Lexington, KY. The recruiter will lead all sales center recruiting activities including the posting of jobs, screening of applicants, coordination of hiring team, extending offers and conducting interview. This is a direct placement opportunity. Corporate recruiting experience is a must.

Qualified candidates will have the following:
- Minimum of 5 years of prior experience with employee recruitment.
- Experience with standard sourcing methods including online job boards, social networking, job fairs, and professional organization resources.
- Experience with non-traditional, and unique recruitment practices to find talent highly desirable as well.
- 4-year degree is required.
